What am I like to work with?

My coworkers know me as the go-to person for knowledge-sharing and documentation. I absolutely love taking the initiative to make other designers' lives easier by creating redline templates, accessibility best-practice checklists, and informative wikis. If I found it useful, I bet other people will too!

The other thing I'm known for is rapid usability testing. You'll find me on the street corners guerrilla testing passerbys, or posting research studies in the classifieds. Any project can benefit from getting quick, unbiased user feedback.

I'm a big proponent of collaborative working sessions. I start projects by getting developers and other stakeholders together to brainstorm and make paper wireframes. I like keeping them involved in testing, and I stay with projects all the way to development and launch. What about after launch? Well, that's when you get to start the research cycle all over again!
